DIGG

Digg is a small crofting township on the Isle of Skye, located in the Trotternish peninsula north of Staffin. It is peaceful and scenic when the wind isn’t howling.

At night, Digg becomes a cosy and inviting sight, with lights shining from the windows of the cottages. The sky is dark and starry, with cloud blowing in from the south west. The silhouette of the Quiraing, a spectacular landslip that forms part of the Trotternish ridge, looms in the background. The glowing orange light in the clouds comes from the harbour at Uig where 24 hour work is taking place to upgrade the ferry facilities.
